Who we are. DigitalArtArtisan, the Etsy shop you bought your star map from. For any question or request, send us a message on Etsy.

What we store. Your Etsy order number and, for each poster, the design you create: place, date, time, texts and style. To check your order we read it from Etsy and keep only whether it is paid, which item and how many; for orders personalised on Etsy, also the personalisation you wrote. Your name, address and email are never stored.

Why. Only to deliver the poster you bought: to check your order, save your design so you can open it on any device, and let you download it again. No advertising, no tracking cookies. We never sell or share your data.

Where and how long. On the servers of Cloudflare, which hosts this site, in Western Europe. Everything is deleted automatically 12 months after your order. To stop repeated wrong order numbers we keep a one-way code made from your connection, never your IP address itself, for 24 hours.

On your device. A preview made before entering your order number stays only in this browser.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time with a message on Etsy. If you live in the EU or the UK you can also contact your data protection authority.
